    NOTES & CLARIFICATIONS:

    “Limited” use of graphics and digital effects indicates approximately 3
    instances per 8 minutes of video. This is in addition to opening titles
    and closing credits which are standard for all packages.

    “Moderate” use of graphics and digital effects indicates approximately
    10 instances per 8 minutes of video. This is in addition to opening

    Full day shooting rates are based on an 8 hour day, (10 hour portal to
    portal) with minimum of 30 minute lunch or dinner break. Per Diem, crew
    meals, mileage, air Fare and lodging are additional based on project
    requirements. Overtime, if applicable is $200 per hour after eight
    hours, and $300 per hour over 12 hours.
